Job Description
· Owning end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
· Handling onboarding of candidates, employee records, and exit formalities
· Overseeing compliance & payroll activities with HRMS software.
· Co-ordinating employee engagement & L&D initiatives.
· Grievance handling
· Formation and implementation of policies
· Ensuring office space is organized and well-maintained and assisting with visitors, guests, and office meetings.
· Managing basic vendor coordination and keeping track of office stocks and admin-related documents.
Requirements
· 2–5 years of experience in HR related field.
