Job Description

IR & Statutory Compliance: Manage all HR and Industrial Relations (IR) related

compliance, including PF, ESIC, W.C. Policy, wages management, and maintenance of

all labour registers.

Labour Law Expertise: Must be thoroughly familiar with all relevant labour laws,

Minimum Wages regulations, and legal processes.

Administrative Oversight: Oversee and manage general administrative activities of

the company.

Key Skills

Fluency in English and Hindi (written and verbal).

Strong professional email communication skills.
