Due to expansion, we are urgently looking for an experience HR & Admin Manager. The new post is to be placed at Johor Bahru. The successful candidate is expected to lead the HR & Admin Dept. and provide the full spectrum of tasks.
Oversee and lead all HR-related activities, including Payroll Administration, HRMS, recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration.
To provide consultation services to HODs on matter relating to HR & Admin.
Upkeep and develop practicable HR related Procedures and handbook,
Coordinate and organise Learning & Development programmes
Manage the administrative operations of the company, including office management, facilities, and procurement
Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate measures
