Position: HR & Admin Manager

Location: New Nashik Plant at MIDC Dindori
CTC Range: ₹15 – 20 LPA
Employment Type: Full-time | On-site | Plant Leadership Role

Role Overview at new Nashik Plant at MIDC Dindori

New Nashik Plant is state of the art Manufacturing Facility to produce World Class, Precision Machined Components. Plant is in ready stage with new Machines getting installed along with offices and Management team getting appointed with full support from HO Pune.

Within 2026 it is expected to have around 50 Workmen + Staff to have high turnover being very costly and high-level Contract Manufacturing. The next year will almost double the size to reach around 400 manpower in subsequent year, to reach near peak level.

The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resources and Administrative functions at the New Nashik manufacturing facility. The role covers both staff and (Contract) workmen and ensures smooth HR operations, statutory compliance, industrial relations, employee engagement, talent acquisition, training, and administrative support to plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Operations

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, and exit processes.
  • Implement and administer HR policies, attendance systems, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
  • Design and execute training and development programs aligned with plant and business requirements.
  • Industrial Relations & Statutory Compliance

  • Handle workmen-related HR activities including contract labour management, shift workforce planning, and welfare initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, factory regulations, PF, ESIC, gratuity, contract labour laws, and statutory audits.
  • Maintain a positive industrial relations climate and effective communication with workmen and representatives while ensuring discipline.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Drive employee communication, grievance handling, motivation initiatives, and workplace culture improvement.
  • Plan and execute employee welfare programs, recognition initiatives, and CSR activities at the plant.
  • Administration & Facility Management

  • Oversee plant administration including security, transportation, canteen, housekeeping, and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Manage administrative vendors, service contracts, service quality, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Business Support

  • Support plant leadership with manpower planning, productivity improvement, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, reports, and statutory documentation.

  • Zero deviations in statutory and HR compliance

  • Timely recruitment and manpower availability as per plant requirements

  • Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
  • 10–15 years of experience in HR & Administration within manufacturing, engineering, or automotive industries
  • Strong experience in managing workmen and industrial relations at a plant location
  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR systems
  • Prior experience with unionized or contract labour environments preferred

(It is 85% export manufacturing company with about 15% manufacturing for Indian Aerospace and Defence industry at main plant Pune. It is likely that company may switch to ‘alternate Saturday off’ for executive management initially and will slowly go into 5 days week mode.) ? Answer -
