Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, and detail-oriented Admin Officer / Executive to manage administrative operations, support HR functions, oversee ESG documentation, and the preparation of relevant reports and information.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office administration
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management and compliance with company policies and SOPs
- Assist in reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies and SOPs, ensure organizational adherence to SOPs and internal controls
- Coordinate internal and external communications, meetings, and company events
- Assist in the collection, compilation, and preparation of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) documents, reports, and data for internal & external stakeholders
- Support the organization in maintaining ESG compliance and reporting standards
