This is a hybrid role for a HR & Admin Officer. The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for managing General HR tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the preparation of the timekeeping report to be submitted to the Accounting department every payroll cut-off.
  • In charge of record maintenance and inventory for SSS, PhilHealth & Home Development Mutual Fund premium remittance & loan payments.
  • Set up and coordinate meetings & conferences.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior, in relation to the role.
  • Accountable for employees 201 files.
  • Completion with all employees documents.
  • Constantly updates 201 files.
  • Employment contract signed by MD for new employees.
  • Coordinates general upkeep of the office.
  • Cleaning/maintenance schedule followed.
