This is a hybrid role for a HR & Admin Officer. The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for managing General HR tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation of the timekeeping report to be submitted to the Accounting department every payroll cut-off.
- In charge of record maintenance and inventory for SSS, PhilHealth & Home Development Mutual Fund premium remittance & loan payments.
- Set up and coordinate meetings & conferences.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior, in relation to the role.
- Accountable for employees 201 files.
- Completion with all employees documents.
- Constantly updates 201 files.
- Employment contract signed by MD for new employees.
- Coordinates general upkeep of the office.
- Cleaning/maintenance schedule followed.
