- Assist in employee onboarding and training programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.

- Supervise the company's building management security and maintenance, including preventive maintenance of assets.
- Maintain good tenant relations, address tenant inquiries and concerns, and coordinate repairs and maintenance requests.
