Job Description

- AWS + Variable bonus provided
- 5 days work week (Orchard area)
- 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday)
(Japanese speaking) HR, Admin and Account Executive
You will coordinate closely with Japan headquarters and third-party vendors, as payroll and accounting. Acting as a translator and key liaison, you will bridge communication between the Japanese manager, store staff, and Japan HQ.
Financial Management
- Liaise with the accounting firm to manage financial operations, including invoicing and sales report generation
- Serve as the main point of contact with headquarters for all accounting-related matters
Human Resources (HR) Management
- Manage end-to-end HR and payroll operations
- Oversee attendance tracking and payroll preparation
