Language: English (Verbal & Written) & Kannada (Speaking) (Mandatory)

Job Description:

  • Ensure managing basic health hygienic atmosphere into cafeteria and entire floor
  • Planning and coordinating the events, such as monthly birthday celebration, reward and recognition and other activities.
  • Managing the budget and maintenance of all locations through a systematic process of identifying, communicating and solving issues.
  • Developed and maintained the system for vendor follow-up, which guarantees urgency and quality of service requested.
  • Processed monthly invoices and cheque request for payment, verifying vendor and purchase order information.
  • Pro-active and willing to be available as per the business needs
  • Scheduling meetings, coordinating catering, domestic travels and all other logistics.
  • Managing to get all the office stationery printed, like letterheads, Business Card, ID card Requisitions, file covers, payment voucher books, leave application form, requisition slip for gate pass for returnable and non-returnable goods, local conveyance vouchers and envelopes etc
  • Procurement for Required materials
  • Printing & Stationery Management
  • Data centre operation (Networking, power and maintain the temperature)
  • Available for any tasks assigned by the reporting manager and CEO
  • Should be comfortable working on any HR operations tasks
  • Working on Group Medical Insurance
