Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Employee Database/HRMS by ensuring accurate capture of employee personal information from various forms and documents.
  • Update employee personal files promptly for new joiners, promotions, increments, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee databases along with Legal MIS reports.
  • Ensure timely issuance of ID cards, offer letters, and appointment letters to employees.
  • Handle employee grievances, resolving issues and queries efficiently to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Organize events, parties, and birthday celebrations to foster employee engagement and morale.
  • Oversee Time Office Management, including leave records, employee movement tracking, and controlling unauthorized absenteeism.
