Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage Employee Database/HRMS by ensuring accurate capture of employee personal information from various forms and documents.
- Update employee personal files promptly for new joiners, promotions, increments, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain comprehensive employee databases along with Legal MIS reports.
- Ensure timely issuance of ID cards, offer letters, and appointment letters to employees.
- Handle employee grievances, resolving issues and queries efficiently to maintain a positive work environment.
- Organize events, parties, and birthday celebrations to foster employee engagement and morale.
- Oversee Time Office Management, including leave records, employee movement tracking, and controlling unauthorized absenteeism.
