Job Description

At TP-LINK Chile, we are looking for an HR & Administration Specialist to support the initial setup and growth of our local operations. This is a hands-on, on-site role combining Talent Acquisition, HR operations, and local administrative responsibilities, including office setup and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple profiles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and regional teams.
  • Lead onboarding and HR administrative processes.
  • Support office setup, including office search and coordination.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage local vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with Chilean labor legislation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • 5–6 years of experience in HR with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition.
