About the Role:

A priority position responsible for end-to-end HR operations, PH labor compliance, office setup, government coordination, administrative management, and HR systems building for clients business expansion.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (UTC+8)

Start Date: January 2026 (ASAP)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, payroll calculation, ER
  • Labor compliance, SSS/Pag-IBIG/PhilHealth, and government coordination's
  • Company registration, office setup, admin operations
  • Visa processing, reimbursement checks, document preparation
  • Build HR & admin processes from the ground up

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Chinese + English + Filipino (translation required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (PH university)
  • 1-2+ years HR & Admin experience in PH
