Job Description

To strengthen our HR team and act as a key point of contact for our COO, we are looking for an engaged and proactive individual to join us as a maternity cover for approximately 12 months. In this role, you will take on a central position in our daily operations and support processes. With your commitment, reliability, and hands-on mindset, you will make an important contribution to employee satisfaction and the smooth functioning of our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the HR team in all administrative matters
  • After an onboarding phase, independently manage personnel administration, including employee entries and exits, maintenance of personnel files and HR master data, work permits, social insurance matters, and accident, illness, and parental leave notifications
