Job Description

  1. Responsible for collecting and organizing employee salary information, ensuring the accuracy of all taxable income (including wages, bonuses, benefits-in-kind, etc.);
  2. Submit employee personal income tax declarations monthly or quarterly as per the requirements of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), and ensure timely payment; assist in handling employee tax-related inquiries and issues to ensure tax compliance;
  3. Manage daily administrative tasks of the Human Resources Department, including document filing, data organization, and office supplies procurement;
  4. Assist in organizing internal training, meetings, and events; support employee onboarding and offboarding processes; maintain the employee information management system to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all records;
  5. Employment Pass (EP) application and management, assist employers in preparing EP application materials, including company registration certificates, financial statements, employee educational certificates, etc.;
  6. Submit EP applications to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) of Singapore and track application progress; assist in EP renewals by preparing relevant materials (such as company financial reports, personal tax returns, educational verification, etc.), ensuring compliance with the COMPASS framework;
  7. Assist in handling visa renewals and change applications for foreign employees; provide labor policy consultation to ensure compliance with Singapore's labor laws and regulations; regularly update relevant MOM regulations and policies to ensure company operations meet the latest requirements.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Administration Management, or a related field.
  2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience, with familiarity with Singapore tax and labor regulations.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office software, with strong data analysis and document management skills; familiar with the online systems of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
  4. Detail-oriented, well-organized, with strong communication and teamwork skills; capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with good time management abilities.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to handle documents and communication proficiently.
