Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Integrate, control and administer the personnel files assuring the quality in its elaboration, the confidentiality character in its manipulation and the availability when they are required.

  • Register the new employee data in several computer databases and ensure that the documentation for each employee is complete.

  • Elaboration of paperwork submitted to Social Security, registrations, cancelations, salary modifications and integrated daily wage updates.

  • Administration of the Performance Evaluation System for new employees in probationary or temporary contract, ensuring that the supervisors are notified in advance, and them to notify about the plan to deliver a permanent or temporary contract, or termination, to employees.
