Job Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee and line manager queries, providing clear, consistent and policy-aligned advice across the employee lifecycle, including benefits and share administration.
  • Deliver a best-in-class People Hub service, working within agreed SLAs and established processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Maintain high standards of data governance, ensuring employee records and position data are accurate, compliant and up to date, and escalating GDPR or data quality issues where required.
  • Produce accurate employee documentation and letters to support lifecycle events.
  • Promote self-service and easy access to information, supporting changes to processes and ways of working as they evolve.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the People division ( ER, Payroll, COEs) to ensure smooth end-to-end People processes.
