Job Description
Act as the first point of contact for employee and line manager queries, providing clear, consistent and policy-aligned advice across the employee lifecycle, including benefits and share administration. Deliver a best-in-class People Hub service, working within agreed SLAs and established processes to ensure a positive employee experience. Maintain high standards of data governance, ensuring employee records and position data are accurate, compliant and up to date, and escalating GDPR or data quality issues where required. Produce accurate employee documentation and letters to support lifecycle events. Promote self-service and easy access to information, supporting changes to processes and ways of working as they evolve. Collaborate with stakeholders across the People division ( ER, Payroll, COEs) to ensure smooth end-to-end People processes.
