Permanent, Full Time (37 Hrs per week) 

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join us to assist the human resources team in providing a full range of administrative support across our services. This will include administration tasks covering recruitment, training, employee relations and general administration. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 


  • Managing the onboarding process for all new starters and volunteers - creating offer letters, obtaining right to work documentation and references, managing DBS application and issuing contracts/ volunteer agreements 

  • Support the recruitment, training and advisory functions as required 

  • Support managers, staff and job applicants with queries via email and phone 

  • Provide employment references
