JOB PURPOSE
To assist the human resources team in providing a full range of administrative support across our services. This will include administration tasks covering recruitment, training, employee relations and general administration.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the onboarding process for all new starters and volunteers - creating offer letters, obtaining right to work documentation and references, managing DBS application and issuing contracts/ volunteer agreements Support the recruitment, training and advisory functions as required Support managers, staff and job applicants with queries via email and phone Provide employment references Maintain the accuracy of the Cascade HR database (training given) Provide regular reports from the Cascade HR database (training given) Maintain online files ensuring compliance with ...
