Brunel is partnering with a leading mining organisation to source experienced HR Advisors to support a significant period of transformation and organisational change across their operations. Working FIFO on a 5:2/4:3 roster, this is an exciting chance to contribute to business-critical change programs within a high-performing and supportive HR team. You'll play a pivotal role in driving key people strategies, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and embedding sustainable improvements across the HR function.
