What do you need? Experience advising managers and HR on performance, conduct, grievances, absence, and flexible working. Skilled in conducting impartial investigations and managing cases from start to finish. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice. Clear and professional written and verbal communication, including formal meetings. Ability to analyse trends, assess risk, and provide commercially minded advice.
