Job Description
An experienced HR Advisor is required to support a large operational workforce during a significant period of organisational change and restructure.
This is a hands-on role working directly with leaders in a complex, fast-paced environment. It will suit someone who enjoys being embedded with the business, solving real problems, and delivering outcomes rather than purely advisory work.
What you’ll be doingPartnering with leaders through restructures, workforce changes, and people initiatives Coaching managers on ER/IR, performance, and complex people matters Managing high-volume, high-impact HR issues in a matrix environment Supporting process improvement and standardisation initiatives Working with HR data, payroll processes, and HR systems to support decision-making
