Job Description

An experienced HR Advisor is required to support a large operational workforce during a significant period of organisational change and restructure.

This is a hands-on role working directly with leaders in a complex, fast-paced environment. It will suit someone who enjoys being embedded with the business, solving real problems, and delivering outcomes rather than purely advisory work.

What you’ll be doing
  • Partnering with leaders through restructures, workforce changes, and people initiatives
  • Coaching managers on ER/IR, performance, and complex people matters
  • Managing high-volume, high-impact HR issues in a matrix environment
  • Supporting process improvement and standardisation initiatives
  • Working with HR data, payroll processes, and HR systems to support decision-making
