Job Description

IMH Recruitment are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide high-quality, professional HR advice and support within a public sector environment for our client in their Business Improvement Team in Leicester.

One full time position at 37 hours per week and one part time position we can be flexible with which days, but they would need to be full days for 2 and meet the business need hours during the day which is across 8.30-17.00).

Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, policy, and employment legislation

* Support and influence managers on performance management and people matters

* Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures

* Lead on HR projects, strategy development, and reporting
