We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to make an impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role reports to the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, and performance issues.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding coordination.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
