HR Advisor

Operating within a Joint Venture framework for e2x as our HR Advisor, you'll provide proactive, site-based HR support across the employee lifecycle working on a major construction project. You'll ensure compliance with parent company policies and client requirements while driving workforce mobilisation, employee relations, and daily HR operations to maintain an engaged and compliant site workforce.

The Opportunity

Based on site in the Western Suburbs of Sydney - Luddenham , you will work closely with Senior HR Managers to support the HR function for the JV, offering guidance on performance, conduct, leave, and wellbeing while ensuring JV policy compliance, and oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, performance, disciplinary issues while ensuring JV HR compliance and escalating high-risk cases.
