Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor with a strong generalist background and proven experience managing employee relations cases. Our client are leading in their industry within the manufacturing sector.
Working closely with the Head of HR and key stakeholders in the Leadership team, where you will be involved in projects around employee wellbeing. In a company which already looks after their employees, you will be instrumental in making the business the employer of choice in the area.
Key Responsibilities for a HR Advisor:
* Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees seeking HR advice.
* Guidance on HR policies, processes, and employee queries.
* Acting as a senior point of escalation where required.
* Lead and coordinate all ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability and conduct issues.
