The HR Service part of the team is a specialized group within the HR function that provides operational support and services to employees and managers across the organization. The team acts as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring that HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. The team handles a wide range of HR topics, such as onboarding, offboarding, data changes, and general HR inquiries.
