The role involves managing HR data, preparing reports, supporting performance management processes, and contributing to HR initiatives through data-driven insights. This position plays a key role in improving HR efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, compile, and analyze HR data from multiple sources including employee records, payroll, management inputs, and surveys.
  • Create and maintain HR dashboards and metrics using advanced Excel and data visualization techniques.
  • Generate reports on HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, recruitment data, and performance evaluations.
