Responsibilities

  • Support day‑to‑day HR activities and processes.
  • Assist with employee inquiries and provide guidance in German and English.
  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of employee data and documentation.
  • Contribute to HR reporting and general administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications

  • Language: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
