Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day HR activities and processes.
- Assist with employee inquiries and provide guidance in German and English.
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of employee data and documentation.
- Contribute to HR reporting and general administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Qualifications
- Language: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
