FUNCTIONS

We are currently recruiting an HR Analyst as part of their growth and expansion. You will be responsible for monitoring retention and turnover trends, as well as provide detailed analysis to internal teams. You will be involved in designing compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain employees. Ability to support strategies that enhance the HR department's overall efficiency will be required to be successful in this role. As key responsibilities we can highlight:
•Check day-to-day HR activities versus staff cost budget
•Track staff cost changes
•Maintain HR records within HR System
•Oversee and align data entry's in the systems.
•Follows up approvals processes (hiring's, exits, budget…)
•Supports on organizational updates
•Perform data checks.
•Reports on key metrics such as retention, time to fill, turnover, and costs
•Assists in the control of the HR department's budget
