Job Description
The HR Analyst will serve as a vital member of our Human Resource team. This position will help manage, plan and administer HR-related reports for the department, including recruitment, employee management, and work on special projects as needed. This position will provide HR reporting support to all departments.
Responsibilities
- You will be the first point of contact on HR-related issues for both employees and Managers and HR Partners located in North America.
- Provides consultation to management representatives on personnel and employee/labor relations.
- You will manage the life cycle of all employees in North America.
- You will be responsible for keeping our HR management systems up to date.
- You will assist in the development of employee-related policies and procedures that are in compliance with state and federal employment.
