Job Description
In this role, you will support the HR Business Partner and business leaders with data analysis, efficient management of HR processes, and execution of key programs related to employee integration, culture, and experience. This is a hands-on position that combines HR operations, strategic analysis, business support, and coordination of key initiatives to enable data-driven decision-making and continuously improve the employee environment in a global technology context.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields. You should have experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR data analytics, compensation analysis, and business support. Experience using HR systems, HCM dashboards, and AI-based analytics tools is highly desirable. Ability to manage confidential information, proactively solve problems, and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders is essential.
