HR Analytics Consultant (Arabic Speaking)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Oracle HCM / HR Analytics Consultant to work on high-visibility projects. The ideal candidate will bridge HR business and technical teams, delivering impactful HR dashboards and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR BI & Analytics initiatives for Oracle EBS & Fusion HCM
• Gather requirements from HR business stakeholders and senior executives
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
• Work closely with the technical team to design and deliver dashboards
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in handling any HR/HCM ERP Preferably Oracle EBS & Fusion HCM
• Strong expertise in HR BI, Analytics, and dashboard design
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken & written)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
