Roles and Responsibilities

  • Creating presentations for senior leaders on monthly/quarterly/yearly requirements in which data includes for Ethnicities, gender, compensation grades, pay rate type & job family
  • Gathering data from Workday HRIS Portal and collating it and creating reports of all the US employee’s data.
  • Creating Dashboards to Present to senior managers and VP’s.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly MIS report for the HR management Team.
  • Co-coordinating with Recruitment Managers and sharing the Recruitment, Termination & Total Headcounts of US employees reports for monthly business review meetings.
  • Sending reports and Dashboard to Vice President and senior VP’s about Termination data on monthly basis to summarize the performance of each BCO & BGS regions.
