Creating presentations for senior leaders on monthly/quarterly/yearly requirements in which data includes for Ethnicities, gender, compensation grades, pay rate type & job family Gathering data from Workday HRIS Portal and collating it and creating reports of all the US employee’s data. Creating Dashboards to Present to senior managers and VP’s. Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly MIS report for the HR management Team. Co-coordinating with Recruitment Managers and sharing the Recruitment, Termination & Total Headcounts of US employees reports for monthly business review meetings. Sending reports and Dashboard to Vice President and senior VP’s about Termination data on monthly basis to summarize the performance of each BCO & BGS regions.
