HR Functions:

  • Operate within a Shared Services model to standardize payroll workflows and maintain high service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure all payroll activities align with local statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and labor regulations. Act as the primary lead for internal and external payroll audits.
  • Prepare HR reports such as movement, headcount, pay summary, cost center allocation and payroll breakdown reports.
