Job Description

We are seeking an HR and Admin Executive who can efficiently handle HR operations and manage office administration. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing cross-functional responsibilities to ensure smooth internal operations.


Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
  • Maintain and update employee records, leave data, and HR documentation
  • Assist in payroll input preparation and attendance management
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor compliance
Administration
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep
  • Handle general administrative duties, including travel bookings and meeting logistics
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Oversee housekeeping and ensure a well-maintained office environment
  • Coordinate with external service providers for repairs, utilities, and logistics


Requirements
  • MBA in Human Resources (mandatory)
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR/Admin roles
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office tools; exposure to HRMS is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work independently


Preferred Skills
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Experience handling confidential employee information
  • Good communication and coordination skills
