Key Responsibilities:-
Manage HR and administration functions which include monthly payroll, manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefit, employee training and development, general administrative works, employee relations, and grievances.
Maintain and update employee personal information data.
Leave Management – Checking attendance records to update on any absenteeism, unpaid leave, resignation, and new staff.
Recruitment – Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process.
Manage facilities and office supplies, and support in company events and activities.
Prepare Monthly headcount Report.
Responsible for monthly statutory submission.
Well-versed in Foreign Worker processes and procedures such as Visa and Fomema application, permit renewal, etc.
Dealing with government agencies such as the Labor Office, PERKESO, Imm...
