Your new role
Manage accurate and timely payroll processing in the Czech Republic.Ensure compliance with local labor, tax, and social security regulations.Collaborate with internal teams and external payroll providers.Maintain and improve payroll systems and processes, including automation and reporting.Support employee onboarding/offboarding and handle payroll-related queries.Monitor legislative changes and ensure company-wide compliance.Evaluate payroll software, including integration with the company technology.What you'll need to succeed
