We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records, documentation, and other HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and memos.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance and leave data.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support to HR managers.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings, and company events.
- Ensure all HR procedures comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an HR Assistant or in an administrative role preferred.
