Job Description
This is an entry level role working closely with the HR team. This position will report to the HR Manager and be responsible for various HR administrative functions:
- Assist with onboarding of new employees
- Create new staff files and ensure all necessary documents have been received
- Booking medicals and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update staff information
- Data entry in HRIS System
- Electronic filing
- Uniform distribution and tracking
- Assist with staff queries
- Provide general assistance to the HR team and others when required
- Prepare reports and assist with HR projects as they arise
