Job Description

This is an entry level role working closely with the HR team. This position will report to the HR Manager and be responsible for various HR administrative functions:

  • Assist with onboarding of new employees
  • Create new staff files and ensure all necessary documents have been received
  • Booking medicals and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update staff information
  • Data entry in HRIS System
  • Electronic filing
  • Uniform distribution and tracking
  • Assist with staff queries
  • Provide general assistance to the HR team and others when required
  • Prepare reports and assist with HR projects as they arise
