About The Role
This is an entry-level Human Resources role focused on employee wellbeing, workplace climate, and people-centered initiatives.
The position is ideal for a recent graduate interested in developing a career in HR beyond traditional administrative tasks, with direct interaction with employees and participation in wellbeing and engagement activities.
Responsibilities
Employee Wellbeing & Social Support
Support employee wellbeing and social benefit processes, including subsidies, reimbursements, and economic benefits.
Assist with EsSalud-related procedures and lactation processes.
Support employee integration and recognition initiatives.
Engagement, Climate & Culture
Assist in the coordination of workplace climate initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Support internal wellbeing campaigns, commemorative dates, and integration activities.
Assist in organizing internal events and employee experience initiatives.
