Responsibilities
Employee Wellbeing & Social Support

  • Support employee wellbeing and social benefit processes, including subsidies, reimbursements, and economic benefits.
  • Assist with EsSalud-related procedures and lactation processes.
  • Support employee integration and recognition initiatives.

Engagement, Climate & Culture

  • Assist in the coordination of workplace climate initiatives and employee engagement activities.
