Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, take messages, and transfer to relevant departments
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Assist with employee insurance, permits, certifications, and vendor management
  • Maintain and update staff records and particulars accurately to support payroll processing and HR functions
  • Ensure employee records and leave data in the system are accurate and updated promptly to reflect current status
  • Verify system records with employees to resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity
  • Support recruitment activities and coordinate new employee onboarding to facilitate smooth integration
  • Arrange employee training and courses
  • Manage all the workmen injury compensation claims and medical claims by coordinating with relevant parties to ensure proper handling and resolution
