Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, take messages, and transfer to relevant departments
- Provide general administrative support
- Assist with employee insurance, permits, certifications, and vendor management
- Maintain and update staff records and particulars accurately to support payroll processing and HR functions
- Ensure employee records and leave data in the system are accurate and updated promptly to reflect current status
- Verify system records with employees to resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity
- Support recruitment activities and coordinate new employee onboarding to facilitate smooth integration
- Arrange employee training and courses
- Manage all the workmen injury compensation claims and medical claims by coordinating with relevant parties to ensure proper handling and resolution
