About the Role
We are looking for an HR Executive / Junior HR Executive / HR Assistant to support the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, work pass management, and employee administration. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and keen to grow in the HR field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, interview arrangements, and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records
- Handle work pass applications/renewals and liaise with MOM
- Coordinate training, course registrations and renewals
- Support annual events (E.g. sending of invitations, consolidating RSVP)
Requirements
- HR Assistant / Junior HR Exec: 0–2 years' experience
- HR Executive: 2–4 years' experience
- Good communication, organisation and follow-up skills
- Familiar with Employment Act, CPF and MOM processes (for Executive level)
