Job Description
Support the delivery of corporate and local human resources processes including internal transfers, promotions, terminations and administrative tracking. You will provide human resource services delivering positive results to the human resources function and employees. You will provide guidance and support to quickly resolve employee questions.
**JOB DUTIES**:
- Coordinate Direct Recruitment through agencies
- Complete recruitment follow-up reports
- Provide seamless end-to-end execution of HR services and processes
- Create easy and intuitive systems and processes to enable fast and correct delivery
- Handle metrics and data analysis in Excel
- Provide guidance to quickly resolve employee questions
- Responsible for managing employee services such as transportation, cafeteria, physical and digital file management
- Drive continuous improvement and leadership change
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
