About this Role:

The HR Associate provides first line support, and is often the primary point of contact, to internal clients on HR services and programs. This role is responsible for effectively communicating and responding to HR inquiries, including questions related to benefits, policies, general mobility, and learning & development matters. The HR Associate supports the HR Partner, Country HR Manager, and the wider Talent Partner team in activities such as data analysis, change management, talent management, organizational design, and compensation initiatives. Additionally, this role contributes to cross-functional and regional projects.

The HR Associate manages onboarding and offboarding processes for all associates within a designated Business Unit or region, ensuring a seamless experience throughout each stage of the employee life cycle—from recruitment to termination.
