- Manage end-to-end campus recruitment, including coordination with colleges, hiring drives, workshops, and recruitment activities.
- Execute onboarding for new hires, ensuring documentation, orientation, and smooth joining experience.
- Act as a point of contact for new employees and coordinate with internal teams for joining formalities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and MIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with external vendors and support service delivery and follow-ups
