  • Manage end-to-end campus recruitment, including coordination with colleges, hiring drives, workshops, and recruitment activities.
  • Execute onboarding for new hires, ensuring documentation, orientation, and smooth joining experience.
  • Act as a point of contact for new employees and coordinate with internal teams for joining formalities.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and MIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and support service delivery and follow-ups
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, drafting HR communications, and coordinating day-to-day HR activities
