Job Responsibilities
- Managing onboarding process.
- Managing the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onto the onboarding process.
- Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process.
- Use various sourcing channels and platforms to build candidate pipeline and own network.
- Conduct preliminary screening and interview to find the right talent.
- Ensure proper onboarding of new hires and accomplish necessary paper works accurately.
- Being firm in implementation of policies as basis for decision making.
- Maintains relationship building with the hiring departments, candidates, and employees.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Capable in coordinating with different departments to reach a common goal.
- Report generation and creation.
