HR Associate

Position Overview

Location: Singapore (Full-time)

Reports to: Chief Administrative Officer (US) with local administrative manager: Global IT Director (Singapore)

This role supports global learning and local HR operations, with a primary focus on administering the Learn365 LMS, managing training content, tracking training metrics across Matmarket Group companies, handling day-to-day HR support for Singapore, and advising a contact in Korea. The position works closely with IT and Associate Directors of HR in the US, China, and Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

• Administer the Learn365 LMS globally, including user setup, role management, course assignments, learning paths, and catalogue maintenance.
