Avis Greece is on the hunt for an HR Associate who will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. 🎯 Your Mission

Recruitment & Selection

  • Support the creation, posting, and management of job advertisements across multiple platforms.
  • Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview scheduling.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and seamless recruitment process.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Organize and deliver structured onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Ensure accurate collection, completion, and filing of all required employee documentation.
  • Coordinate exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures in line with company policies.

Benefits Administration

  • Support employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and general inquiries.
  • Liaise with external vendors to resolve benefits-related issues efficiently.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee questions, requests, and concerns.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment through clear communication and proactive engagement.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate training sessions and monitor employee participation.
  • Maintain up-to-date training records and support the identification of development opportunities.

General HR Administration

  • Actively contribute to the organization of HR events and initiatives that enhance the overall Employee Experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records within the HR information system.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to the HR team.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in human resources/ bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in similar position.
  • Team Player: Exhibit a strong team spirit, ethical conduct, and reliability while also being capable of working independently.
  • Effective Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple ongoing tasks with shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Experienced in utilizing HR software and adept at working with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
